What the Sales Manager does:
- Able to hold a deal from start to landing- positive closing;
- Creates cases and packages of documents for sending to clients, as well as evaluates the cost of projects and analyzes them;
- Works in CRM and provides weekly reports on the implementation of KPI;
- Finds new partners for provision of different sales channels;
- Fulfills department plans in sales.
We need a Manager who:
- Understands how to organize the process of leads searching independently;
- Has a good command of English and able to convey the basic idea (school\courses graduate, level: Pre-Intermediate / Advanced);
- Knows the geography of sales (Germany, Norway, UK, USA);
- Strives for achievements and development in sales;
- Knows the main techniques for attracting a lead and what channels are available;
- Understands the difference between services and products, as well as tha they are sold differently;
- Understands the principles of interaction with the client (mail, phone, meeting);
- Analyzes and satisfies the business needs of customers;
- Shows high level of literacy in writing and oral communication, always focused on the results.
