UpWork Lead Generation Manager

    Requirements:
  • 1,5+ years of commercial experience in the role of Lead Generation Manager at UpWork in IT outsourcing / outstaffing;
  • knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers;
  • understanding of software development processes and the market of web and mobile technologies, front-end, back-end, IT outsourcing business;
  • confident command of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
  • knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • ability (experience) to communicate with foreign clients.
    Duties:
  • generation of customers through UpWork;
  • active search and attraction of potential customers (USA, Europe, Australia);
  • conducting negotiations with potential clients (presentation of services);
  • writing bids on Upwork, outgoing/incoming messages;
  • work closely with the CEO and Sales Team;
  • converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers;
  • communication with the developers team;
  • pre-qualify leads on UpWork;
  • keeping statistics and reporting on each leads.
