Requirements:
1,5+ years of commercial experience in the role of Lead Generation Manager at UpWork in IT outsourcing / outstaffing;
knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers;
understanding of software development processes and the market of web and mobile technologies, front-end, back-end, IT outsourcing business;
confident command of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+);
knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills;
ability (experience) to communicate with foreign clients.
Duties:
generation of customers through UpWork;
active search and attraction of potential customers (USA, Europe, Australia);
conducting negotiations with potential clients (presentation of services);
writing bids on Upwork, outgoing/incoming messages;
work closely with the CEO and Sales Team;
converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers;
communication with the developers team;
pre-qualify leads on UpWork;
keeping statistics and reporting on each leads.
