UpWork Sales Manager

    If you:
  • proactive and productive, loves and knows how to sell, work for results, have analytical and systems thinking, personal confidence in achieving results, able to convince customers, a strong team player who takes responsibility.
    Requirements:
  • successful sales experience through UpWork and availability of results;
  • understanding of the sales funnel, knowledge of UpWork principles and rules;
  • experience in B2B sales, of which at least 1 year in IT Sales Manager positions, and outsourced/outstaffed sales;
  • successful experience of conducting negotiations with foreign clients and closing deals on UpWork;
  • Upper-Intermediate (fluency in written and spoken english);
  • understanding of mobile and web application development, SDLC model, how business works and its needs;
  • knowledge of sales techniques, working with objections.
    Duties:
  • finding new potential clients, determining their needs, signing contracts;
  • formation of bids \ individual bids for clients, correspondence and calls with them;
  • management of the company's account on UpWork;
  • communication with potential clients, closing of contracts on UpWork;
  • communication with the development team to assess the project, gathering requirements;
  • achievement of monthly KPIs, fulfillment of planned sales indicators.

    Interview stages:

  • Technical interview with company management \ final interview.
