The client’s request involved developing a comprehensive platform from scratch. The result had to be a high-quality web solution that helps prepare marketing campaigns.

What we had to do

We faced several challenges in developing the luma platform from scratch. Key tasks included integrating social media APIs for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to provide analytic reports for each influencer, which was crucial for brands and agencies.

We also needed to implement a chat functionality to facilitate seamless communication between brands, agencies, and influencers. Furthermore, we developed an algorithm to detect fake followers, ensuring that only genuine data was used.

Another task was crafting an intuitive and visually appealing design that would enhance user experience and engagement, and we succeeded. Integrating a payments escrow service was also a critical component. This feature allows users to manage transactions securely within the platform.

What was done

To tackle the challenges of developing the luma platform, we implemented several strategic solutions. We constructed a robust web platform from the ground up and integrated social media APIs from Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to deliver detailed analytics on influencers, which are crucial for brands and agencies. 

Our team designed an intuitive, visually engaging interface to optimize user experience. We also added a chat feature to streamline communication between brands, agencies, and influencers. To count suspicious and real followers of content creators, we developed a unique algorithm for detecting and filtering fake followers. Furthermore, we incorporated a payments escrow service to handle transactions securely within the platform, ensuring transparency and protection for all parties involved.

The main challenges were integrating Instagram API and preparing the fake followers algorithm. We reviewed many options and prepared our own mechanism based on our research. After that, we tested it a lot to make the algorithm as accurate as possible. In general, we implemented all clients' requirements and delivered a high-quality and efficient solution that now operates successfully.
