The client came to us with the request to craft a modern and robust platform that delves into the historical payment patterns of potential customers. The idea was to empower businesses with valuable insights into the timeliness of bill payments, drawing on the collective experiences of diverse vendors.
The primary goal was to redesign the current website, introducing enhancements to its interface and functionality. Also, it was extremely important to make the solution extra-secure regarding such a comprehensive and big database of clients’ information. Furthermore, we had to speed up all the processes on the platform.
We initiated a transformative process, engaging in a thorough redesign of the current SaaS platform. Aiming for a seamless user experience, the focus was on refining the platform's interface to ensure simplicity, modernity, and intuitiveness. Thereby, we elevated the overall usability for users.
The improvements spanned both the frontend and backend of the system, showing our holistic approach to modernization. At the same time, we kept the previous database.

The project involved a near-total reconstruction, undertaken essentially from the ground up. Our primary objective centered on redeveloping the product while preserving the existing database structure. To expedite the process and provide flexibility for the client to engage their own team if necessary, we transitioned from pure PHP to Laravel. This decision was made to speed up the development processes.
In selecting React as the frontend framework, speed and performance were also the driving factors. Recognized for its rapid rendering capabilities and overall performance, React became the natural choice to ensure a responsive and seamless user experience on the frontend. This strategic technology stack transition was pivotal in achieving both the speed and performance goals set for the project.
